Spectrum Adult Services offers support to adults with a variety of abilities and needs in our highly structured and consistent residential group homes. These homes are designed to provide care and support for 3 adult males (18+) with mental health issues & developmental disabilities with 24 hour on-site staffing. Spectrum Adult Services programs provide programming, activities and treatment components designed to support the individual needs of each client through the following services:
- Day programming
- Structured recreational programming
- Life skills
- Job readiness/employability skills
- Psychological & psychiatric service
- Educational opportunities
- Physical education/fitness
- Medication monitoring/review
- Job search
- Group meetings
- QAM Compliant
Career Opportunities
All applicants must have a college or University degree in an appropriate field of study such as: Phycology, Child & Youth Work, Social Service Work, Sociology, Addiction Work, etc. CPR, First Aid Certified.
